Trevi: Palio dei Terzieri
This year the 3 and 4 October in Trevi (PG) will be held on Terzieri, the event is a race between three floats representing Terzieri of which bear their own symbols.
The race takes place over a distance of 800 meters starting from "Porta Nuova" and arrive in Piazza del Comune "heart of the city, the route is within the city. To wait for the "Balio, which represents the people who is entrusted with the final act of the race, there's Mora, a wooden bust depicting the Saracen, from which the key is pulled from his right hand to open the door of the tower and give the touch of a bell, symbolic sign of the conquest of the city.
