The Calendimaggio 2009 will take place in Assisi 7-9 May 2009.
The Calendimaggio is a spectacular evocation of morals and life medieval and Renaissance architecture. Theater performances, concerts, songs and choruses, dances, parades, exhibitions of archers, crossbowmen and flag-wavers are engaged in a great challenge to the two ancient medieval factions of the Party and Party of Sopra Sotto.
