If you open the files you will find the itineraries proposed, each one labelled with a letter according to the level of difficulty: T*=Touristic: an itinerary that doesn't present any particular difficulty, on a good path without excessive slopes or uneveness.Requires climbing equipment for a medium sized mountain, wiyh boots and rucksack. E* = Excursion: Itinineraries following impervious paths or tracks on steep slopes but never dangerous. There may be single crossings of unexposed holes. A certain amount of experience is required and some familiarity with mountainous environments as well as a good level of training. These make up the vast majority of the walking excursions in our mountains. EE* = Excursions for experts only: routes traversing areas, sometimes quite long, with no path, with difficult parts requiring equipment, presenting some challenges in terms of orientation. Requiring a level of physical training and experience far superior to the preceeding cases. Necessitating a firm step and no vertigo. In case of snow, an ice pick and crampon. Thanks to the work of the Foligno section of CAI there is also a map of the routes and footpaths. The map, concieved and produced entirely by CAI's voluntary workers, with the help of Global Positioning Systems (GPS) shows 14 signposted paths and is the most reliable products in this sector. Every path is labelled with the difference in level, the length in km, and the level of difficulty.
